Edward likes service. He is all about providing high-quality, personalized, thorough, fast, safe and secure service. Edward won the Freeman Award for Excellence in Service while serving as the Facilities Manager at The St. Paul’s Schools for eight (8) years. He has a lawyer’s eye for detail and a carpenter’s eye for design.
Having been the primary caregiver for a very close family member for several years, Edward has firsthand knowledge of what it is like for MB clients to have caregivers come into their home. He knows how hard it is to give up some independence to live safely with the assistance of a caregiver.
Edward personally fingerprints and thoroughly conducts all of the FBI and State background checks for each and every MB Caregiver, and makes sure each and every MB Caregivers’ credentials are current and in compliance with current State laws and regulations, as well MB HomeCare’s own stringent caregiving policies, which go above and beyond what is required, just as MB Caregivers do, day in, day out, to make sure every MB client is provided with a certified, trustworthy, high-quality caregiver, so that all of MB’s clients can have peace of mind and feel safe and secure with their MB Caregiver.
Edward also enjoys cooking, or “Food Experimenting” as he calls it, as his experiments don’t always turn out as expected, but are usually edible, most of the time. He also enjoys organic gardening and picking his own vegetables for his food experiments in Jarrettsville, Maryland.
